The German International School Chicago in the Ravenswood neighborhood now features its own dedicated mini sports arena on the schoolyard, designed and installed by SoccerGround. The court conforms to German Football Association dimensions, measuring approximately 65 × 42 feet, and includes full sized futsal goals (9 ft 8 in × 6 ft 5 in), rebound boards, and perimeter fencing, a compact yet professional setting for daily use.

Purpose Built for Integrated School Programming

The mini pitch supports the school’s after‑school, PE, and extracurricular activities. German International School Chicago offers a rich after‑school athletics and movement program that includes supervised sports, and the new court neatly supports this curriculum. It enables structured lessons, small sided games, and free play sessions within a safe and controlled environment.

Compact Design with Big Possibilities
